Originally from South Africa, I started my career with the media industry, in Sales & Marketing, where I realised listening to people, understanding their business challenges and then delivering solutions were the keys to my success. With a desire to own my career and the service that I delivered, I bought a business and tripled the size and revenue within the first 2 years I was at the helm. The desire for a better lifestyle drove my move to NZ in 2007, where I began my recruitment journey and brought together my business experience, account management experience to become a high billing consultant and manager in both global and NZ owned businesses.
Michelle & I founded Fusion Partners, with a strong desire to own the results we deliver, end-to-end and with an understanding that we are trusted partners and hands-on Directors that truly own every step of the journey.
My mantra is ‘Do what you say you are going to do, when you say you will do it’ and ‘ aim to tell people what they need to hear, not what they want to hear’
