After graduating with a Bachelor of Health Sciences, I began my people based career, as a Registered Nurse, where I learnt the most valuable lessons of my life. This culminated in a deep interest of human behaviour and how to connect to others. With exposure to life and death decisions, I quickly developed an aptitude for strong assessment and observational skills, problem solving\/ thinking on my feet and maintaining the calm in the storm, which has considerably influenced my approach in business and leadership.<\/p>\n

As a natural transgression, I moved into a Clinical Nurse Educator remit, where I was responsible for coaching and development for over 300 staff and jointly pioneered the DHB\u2019s learning and development framework. This included development of programmes for the private health sector and a new income revenue stream for the DHB.<\/p>\n

I then moved to the UK , where I ran recruitment businesses regionally and spent +8 years leading large and geographically teams, developing strategy and running high performing businesses, in senior leadership roles. I returned to NZ in 2008 and have held Executive level roles, within the recruitment sector, with both Global and NZ owned businesses, prior to taking a leap of faith, co -founding Fusion Partners.<\/p>\n

Fusion Partners is a passion project for Wayne and I, who believe business success is governed by the individuals you work with and not merely an organisation.<\/p>\n

My career success has always been grounded in a desire to understand people and to influence their growth, solve business problems and love what I do.<\/p>\n

My personal mantra \u2018don\u2019t start something you can\u2019t finish\u2019,
