Whilst it is natural to want to wrap everything up with a bow before you depart a role and organisation, and with best intentions (and a smidge of guilt) we may be tempted to hire our replacement in an attempt to make things easier for the employer we are leaving\u2026. we strongly urge you to STOP, PAUSE & THINK AGAIN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
