- What do I want to stop doing – unnecessary/ not yielding results/ dispassionate about
- What should we do more of ? To enhance business relationships, energise ourselves and others, grow market share/ reach new customers/ and do more with current partners
- What learnings can I take and apply for future success from the year gone by?
Questions for success:
- Are you asking for feedback ? From your employees, customers, market?
- Are you staying ahead of the curve and anticipating future needs , changes to your market/ opportunities?
- How does our reason for being/ values and offerings connect with our customers and how are we tracking this?
- What else can we do to engage our people and customers and to keep growing on a personal level?
